At Falabella we find that the people who most know about our products are our employees. We know that women are proud of what they wear, because it is something that identifies them. That is why we gave 24 workers from different areas of Falabella the opportunity to become models and start selling our products on their own.
As a final result we found a great acceptance, an incredible sense of belonging and of course an increase in sales.
